Walking in comfort…
Being 17 weeks pregnant means that you’re both looking pregnant and feeling pregnant. If you’re experiencing back pain as one of your pregnancy symptoms you might want to take a closer look at what you’re wearing on your feet. We all want to look great whether we’re 17 weeks pregnant or not. Chloasma! What is that??
As exciting as it is to be 17 weeks pregnant it seems there are always more symptoms just waiting around the corner. During your pregnancy, as your uterus grows and grows, there will be an increase in your blood volume. And this can lead to light brown skin marks on your cheeks, nose, and forehead. Try not to worry too much as these marks will fade once you’ve given birth. In the meantime ignore pregnancy symptoms as best you can and remember to use sun block so that these marks on your skin don’t darken even more.
The continuing, inevitable weight gain!
There’s no way around it, being 17 weeks pregnant means that you’re gaining weight and going to continue gaining weight throughout the remainder of your pregnancy. Rather than thinking of weight gain as one of those undesirable pregnancy symptoms, why not enjoy this time in your life when you can eat a little more than you usually do? After all, not all pregnancy symptoms have to be unpleasant! This doesn’t mean that you can eat everything you crave without some regard to health and nutrition. What it does mean is that you can enjoy a bit more of those treats that you often say no to, while at the same time paying attention to eating healthy.
